- A signed Advertising Insertion Order and Agreement must be sent to EllenFinkelstein.com before advertising can be posted. Verbal agreements can hold the space for 48 hours, but reservations will be released if the order and agreement are not received. Fax the order to 763-431-1832 or e-mail it to contact@ellenfinkelstein.com.
- EllenFinkelstein.com will e-mail you an invoice wtihin 5 days of posting/publishing your ad.
- All first-time advertisers must pay for their ads within 10 days of posting/publication. Web site ads not paid for after that time will be removed until payment is received.
- Web site ads are billed on a calendar-month basis. Ads that are posted in the middle of a month will be pro-rated.
- Payment of subsequent invoices is Net 30 days.
- Payment is by check or money order, sent to Ellen Finkelstein, Inc., 2010 Coral Lane, Fairfield, IA 52556, or via Paypal.
- All ads must be approved before insertion. Badly designed, misleading, or indecent ads will not be accepted. EllenFinkelstein.com reserves the right to reject any ad that does not meet these guidelines.
- EllenFinkelstein.com will publish ads within 7 business days of receipt, providing all materials are created according to the advertising guidelines. Changes or corrections, once received by EllenFinkelstein.com, also require 7 business days to publish.
- Continuing advertisers will be billed on a monthly basis.
- EllenFinkelstein.com reserves the right to refuse advertising from those with overdue accounts.
- Advertisements are accepted with the understanding that the advertiser legally has the right to publish the contents thereof. Upon placing an advertisement with EllenFinkelstein.com, the advertiser will indemnify and hold EllenFinkelstein.com harmless from or against any loss or expense arising out of publication of such advertisements, including, but not limited to, those resulting from claims of suits of libel, violation of rights and privacy, plagiarism, and copyright infringements.
- EllenFinkelstein.com reserves the right to refuse, reject, or cancel any advertisement any time for any reason.
- EllenFinkelstein.com reserves the right to position advertisements at its discretion, except when an insertion order for a specific page is requested by the advertiser and acknowledged by EllenFinkelstein.com

EllenFinkelstein.com shall not be liable for any cost or damages if, for any reason, it fails to publish an advertisement. EllenFinkelstein.com’s liability is limited to direct cost of the advertisement and not indirect or subsequent damages due to loss of business or profit.
- EllenFinkelstein.com assumes no responsibility or liability for the results of an advertisement, due to its placement or any other reason.
- The advertiser assumes the responsibility for the correctness of copy submitted to EllenFinkelstein.com. EllenFinkelstein.com assumes no liability for error in ad copy provided by the advertiser.
- EllenFinkelstein.com shall have no liability for error in ad copy created by EllenFinkelstein.com.
- All advertising insertions are subject to the provisions outlined in the advertising guidelines.
- All rates are subject to change without notice. Advertisers with a signed insertion order are protected against rate changes for the duration of their order.
- Any cancellations of new advertisements must be made in writing 7 days prior to the start of the advertising campaign.
- Cancellations of an ongoing ad must be made no later than the 15th of the last month that it appears in EllenFinkelstein.com.
- Ads that must be withdrawn without warning any time during the course of a month’s run will not be entitled to pro-rated refunds.
- EllenFinkelstein.com shall have the right to hold an advertiser and/or its agency jointly and severally liable for monies that are due and payable to EllenFinkelstein.com for advertising that the advertiser or agency ordered and that was published.
- EllenFinkelstein.com accepts no responsibility for loss of traffic to the web site. Statements on site traffic are best-faith estimates based upon past performance.
- EllenFinkelstein.com reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without notice.
