There are many free PowerPoint alternatives available either as a download or as a web-based service. She wanted to create a handout with 3 slides per page. Here are the steps: For PowerPoint 2010 Choose File> Print In the Settings area, the first item will say Print All Slides. I’ve read a lot of answers to these questions, but the more I think about it, the more I realize that there is no one answer that fits all situations. Here are some options: Use PowerPoint 2010. It outputs to WMV format. Choose File> Save and Send> Create a Video. Then choose from a couple of options, as you see here.
