Hold down the Shift key as you drag, to rotate in 15-degree increments.

Hold down the Ctrl key as you drag, to rotate around the bottom middle handle, instead of the top one.

On the Drawing toolbar, choose Draw > Rotate and choose Rotate Left 90° or Rotate Right 90°. Or, you can use the Picture toolbar to rotate left 90°.

Double-click to open the Format AutoShape dialog box. On the Size tab, enter a rotation value in the Rotation text box. Click Preview to see the result before clicking OK.
