VisualBee has updated their PowerPoint enhancer to allow easy posting of presentations to Twitter, Facebook, and Slideshare. There is also a gallery of over 12,000 images with immediate access and search ability right from the VisualBee Ribbon.

VisualBee is software that automatically designs a presentation for you, using a gallery of templates, layouts, and photos. It “understands” the words you use on the slide and replaces them with associated images. You then save the presentation in PowerPoint format and can edit it as you would edit any other presentation.

In my experience, you’ll always need to edit the results, but the process is a good beginning for people who want a more polished, professional look and can’t afford the time or cost of a designer. Here’s an example of a title slide created in VisualBee.

Full disclosure: VisualBee advertises on my website.

1. Having a gallery of over 12,000 images with immediate access and search ability right on the VisualBee Ribbon.
